All our corset-belts and other designs are made on a pre-order basis. This means your piece is only crafted once your order is placed. We do not hold stock, and every design is uniquely created for you in our atelier in the Netherlands.

Because of the custom nature of our work, we are unable to offer returns or refunds, unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation

You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel or make changes. After this period, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you are unsure about colour, texture or fabric, we invite you to request a swatch before placing your order. We are happy to send fabric or leather samples by post.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged:

– Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Include clear photographs of the damage
– We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include repair, exchange or refund (in case of manufacturing faults)

Fit Guarantee

Each item is made with care and precision based on the size you selected. If you're unsure about sizing, please reach out — we are happy to advise you before you order. For couture-level fittings, a private consultation is possible.

Because of the handcrafted, personalised nature of our designs, returns due to change of mind, fit issues or personal preferences are not accepted.
