  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to the made-to-order nature of our designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    Please contact us within48 hoursof receiving your order, including photos of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
  • Where are your designs made?
    All our designs are handmade and designed in our studio in the Netherlands using high-quality materials from European suppliers.
  • Do you work sustainably?
    We embrace slow fashion. Each design is made to order to avoid overproduction and waste. We use quality materials designed to last.
  • When will my order be ready?
    Each design is created upon request. As all our pieces are custom-made, please allow approximately 4 weeks for production, starting from the moment your order is confirmed. You will be notified once your piece is ready for shipment.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    You have30 minutesafter placing your order to amend or cancel it. After this, your piece enters production and cannot be altered.
  • Can I request a fabric or leather swatch?
    Yes. If you wish to see or feel the material prior to ordering, we can send a fabric or leather swatch by post. Please contact us with your request.
  • When will my order be ready?
    Each design is created upon request. As all our pieces are custom-made, please allow approximately 4 weeks for production, starting from the moment your order is confirmed. You will be notified once your piece is ready for shipment.

    Leather is a natural material and should be handled with care: – Avoid rubbing against other objects to prevent colour transfer – Store in a cool, dry place – Protect from direct sunlight, artificial lighting, and heat sources – Dry clean only
